Health Central: A Wellness Resource Center

The Wellness Resource Center at the Central Library contains expert resources and staff to assist older adults and their families seeking health information. For more information, call 428-8110.

In-Home Services

Many member libraries offer delivery of materials to those who cannot visit their local library due to a medical or physical disability that leaves them homebound. Check with your local library for available services, or contact the MCLS Outreach Department to see if you qualify for special borrower status. We also have a wide range of materials for the visually impaired.

Services for Older Adults are partially funded by Coordinated Outreach Library Services aid from the New York State Education Department, administered by the State Library’s Division of Library Development.
